Refund policy
We will process returns and exchanges on a case by case basis to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. We fully stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing you the freshest groceries and produce.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions | Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cash on Delivery Refunds
We will contact you to process the refund. Please give us 10-14 days.
Cancellations
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request cancellation at team@monsoonharvestfarms.com. We will do our best to fulfill your request and provide you with a refund at the earliest. Shipping charges will be refunded as long as the order was not disptached.
